While the monks at St. Joseph’s Abbey have announced they’ve brewed their last beer, their equipment may still have a future in the industry.

The monks will be selling all of Spencer Brewery’s assets and equipment, used for the commercial brewing and bottling of craft beer, at public auction on June 23 at 10 a.m., according to a press statement from auction firm Paul E. Saperstein Co.
