As a brewer at (512) Brewing Company, some tasks you will be expected to perform are wort production, SIP & CIP, yeast cell counting, yeast pitching, checking gravity, crash cooling tanks, and transferring beer to brite tanks. This requires you to be proficient on our 30 BBL brewhouse, familiar with VFD controlled centrifugal pumps, familiar with common brewery hazards, able to communicate with co-workers in an appropriate manor, and be able to adapt to changing environments. As a brewer a large emphasis will be put on following written procedures, accurate record keeping, achieving production targets and recipe specifications.
