Structure
Emulsifying mixing tank is consisted of tank body and emulsifying mixing part. The emulsifying mixing tank made of stainless steel with jacket for heating or cooling and insulating layer for outer. There are many options for choosing the type of Jacketed heating, such as electric heating, steam heating, oil heating. According to technological requirements, the mixing part can choose high shear, high speed dispersion or low speed anch or mixing, paddle mixing, propeller mixing and so on. Reactor is typically used to install floor-mounted legs, also can use lug support on the platform.
Features
1.Mixing oil and water phases materials in high speed to get perfect emulsion product of good quality.
2.Machine consists of vacuum-resistant vessel with jacket for heating and cooling. Equipped with high speed homogenizer, scraping agitator, vacuum pump, and hydraulic pump for lifting, heating & cooling system.
3.Scraping unit is with moveable teflon scrapers to scrape off the materials on the tank wall and the anchor to move the materials to the center area to get better blending and mixing. The teflon scrapers are maintained manually and easily without any tool.
4.All contacted parts of equipments are SUS316L,the product homogenized in vacuum and close vessel can be sanitary and high quality.
5.Composition:Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer Series that is include: emulsification boiler(fluctuating nanhead, overturn boiler), water boiler, oil water, vacuum set, heating and temperature control systems, cooling systems, electric machinery control systems, ect.
